I was just wondering how many days a month you all spend without taking your Adderall.

Plenty. Sometimes I take adderall 4 days a week, or only 5. Sometimes I only take 2 10mg pills a day instead of the 3 prescribed

I guess after I posted my other thread I thought, the reason why I can't relate to most of these negative things people post about adderall is simply everyones body chemistry is different so.. for me, everything is beautiful, no side effects, no 'adderall rage', or anything like that. no anxiety, no panic attacks, no nothing. no negative side what so ever

so when i see you say that you dont like the idea of constantly being on adderall, for me its hard to understand because off it or on it, i don't feel any different, other than just the increased concentration focus attention when on it. thats it.

the rest there is no difference. the only differene is when i take it i feel the increased positive side and when it wears off it decreases and if i stop taking it, nothing happens other than just me going back to the same way i was before i ever started.

yea, i understand where you're coming from. i think ill follow more of your philosophy.

I just spent Saturday and Sunday without any Adderall. Not because I had to but just to take a little break over the weekend. It does affect me dearly but it's okay as I'm not doing anything mission critical so I can take that hit until Monday.
