IV been on adderall xr 30mg for a while now and my doc changed my cymbalta 60mg to lexapro 10mg its been about 3 weeks or so with the adderall, lexapro combination and IV been really really tired for the past week.. IV been on lexapro byitself last year it didn't do this. Anyone know why. My sleep schedules all messed up also it sucks

Yea I know that. But before with the cymbalta combo I was fine lol. It seems the lexapro like makes the adderall take longer to work and subsides the effects

Out of all the prescription stimulants, Adderall was the only prescription stimulant to cause me to feel pronounced sedation. It made me feel like I had been hit with a tranqualizer dart, or something along those lines.

Maybe lexapo acts on the 5-HT receptor responsible for sleep more than Cymbalta.
