Just wondering what the dosing schedule you guys are on.

I am gathering you are looking for people on Addeall XR only as those are the only choices provided.

You must call it intial release I call it regular release.You are correct. Pardon the dyslexic ADDer. I still choose right {I marked other} as I take Adderall IR every 4 -4.5 hours I am awake. My "average" is 20 mg four times daily for a total of 80mg.

I take one 10 mg IR adderall when I wake up, then take another 10mg IR 6 hours later. If its around 6:00 though I just take a half so i can get to sleep during the night.
