I'm simply curious what dosage was first recommended by your Psychiatrist/GP/Etc?

My doctor has me starting with 5 mg for the first 3 days and then going up to 10 mg thereafter.

I honestly don't feel a thing with the 5mg. I'm not even tachycardic. The only effect I have observed is that of a mild anorectic.

Did you guys start at 10 and then work your way up?

I started at 5 and worked my way up to 15 IR. Now I'm on 20mg XR.

Standard for XR is usually 20mg then go from there (up or down). Nothing wrong with starting at the bottom. There is a well known saying around this forum "Start low, go slow, end high" or something like that.
