Tomorrow is my first day on Concerta from taking Adderall for about 3 months. Am I gonna feel tired because of Adderall withdrawl or any lingering negative effects from the Adderall leaving my system? How long does it take for my tolerance to lower if I decided to go back to Adderall? Thanks.
