This is not an insult to the creative types AT ALL, but academic writing seems to require whole another set of considerations, so I started this thread.
As I was saying, in another post, I have had pretty productive week of writing.
1. I have upped my dosage to 20mg of ritalin. No jitteriness but ability to focus.
2. I have a week plan of time maximization. I figured out how time I actually have and what I will get done.
3. My problem- at the desk, cannot get started. SO I have created a ritual. Prayer to the muses. Open the internet to flylady.net. and begin.
4. I wrote 5 pages today. If you know me, you will know that that is a gift.
I have to go now to work but I will be back. Let's get the conversation going again.l
