It really sucks when you have a headache during an exam, an important exam. Have you taken your ADHD medication before that? Is it the side effect? Anyways, there is always hope in this world. Even if, touch wood, you really don't do well this year, you can also take the exam next year. There are many chances in life.

The meds would help you not feel so nervous, you will beable to focus more. Also not if you have accommodations I am pretty sure they can give you the test in your native language. They have to if it is the law.
