Hi guy's just to let you all know i got diagnosed yesterday with adhd!

I can't believe it after all these years.

My psychiartrist has started me off on 40mg of strattera, so i'll keep you all informed on how i do, thankyou so much for all putting up with me and supporting me through the last year!!! :) :D :)

Hey, are you nursing the baby? If so, make sure the strattera is ok. Also, congratualtions! Remember, if one med doesn't work, there are others to try, one should help you!

Thanks Visual, no i'm not nursing Minaya is having bottles, thanks for the congratulations, hopefully the strattera will work, but like you say there is other medications to try if this fails. thankyou :)

You won't believe how elated i am!! This year has been the longest of my life, i'm so glad my psychiatrist listened to me and believed in me, i have a great relationship with him.

To stop self medicating was pretty hard because i knew how i was without medication and that thought scared the hell out of me!!

I am so glad i did because i got 2 precious things for doing it!!

One was Minaya my beautiful baby girl!!
The other was diagnosis and treatment!! I'm so lucky.

I hope other people get help and treatment as soon as possible so they can be as happy as me. :D

I'm proud of you for sticking with it. Hopefully better days are ahead now! It really helps to know what is wrong and have a doctor who understand what you're experiencing and why. I hope the Strattera works well for you!
