OK,
maybe just a little! :D i never understood the OCD side of ADD. I always thought OCD was more along the lines of people that do the exact specific same routine everyday and if one thing is out of order they freak out. or the guy who has to wash his hands twenty times a day.
well, I guess I have OCD I am combo ya know, but in a different way. I have a hard time letting something go. I will go up and beyond to get something I want either knowingly or unknowingly I will follow through with something until the bitter end if I am "stuck" on it.
Example: A girlfriend, a work assignment, a project. I read 4 computer books a few weeks back and then reread them the following weekend. I framed a garage with 18 foot 2x4's with no help, I can spend hours on a computer without a break.
I do not necessarily like who I am right now. It doesn't matter, I need to apply my OCD to generating an income right now. I will figure out the rest later. I am sure everyone else but me can see my compulsiveness. This disorder can make you look like a complete jackass and you can't stop it. You are on autopilot, or better yet, I AM ON AUTOPILOT!
I am frustrated. It is just a matter of my OCD kicking in again at whatever time it sees fit, convenient or inconvenient, and then I follow that trail.
I need to trick my brain and be compulsive about work as opposed to trivial matters, although they are more fun! ;)
MAN'S WORST ENEMY- EACH MAN IS HIS OWN...
here we go again... going up the giant rollercoaster... we are almost at the top... click click click...
