Hi all I am sort of new around here check in and out.

I am on 20mg methlyphinidate x 3 daily for 2 years
I am also an all day coffee caffiene, addict
I drink up to 6 sometimes even 8 cups per day (yes i know alot)

With this plus the ritalin I get such a very high high stimulation it throws me into panic occasionally.

The only ? I have is with the current controversy and mild hazard Ritalin apparently poses, adding as much Coffee/Caffiene as I do I feel it can throw me over the edge. you know I really dont want to get a heart attack

Try adding a lot more water and less caffiene maybe? Caffiene may be a stimulant but think of it this way: the receptors you are trying to hit are star-shaped. Caffiene is triangular, so it will fit into tha star? But it will fit improperly and there will be gaps.

Ritalin is star-shaped. ;)

Switch to decaf?
