James -

I visited the link you provided. Boy, you weren't kidding about the interface. One of the best deisgns I've seen in a while. It looks as if it's not free anymore though. When you get a chance, could you take a look and see if they've changed their pricing structure? If not, would you mind posting the link where we can find the free offering?

Many thanks,

Dani

He Dani,

It's been a while since I"ve lurked around this forum or posted..

Here's the free version:

it's great, but won't sync with anything. They used to have Palm sync in older versions, but gave that up for stability, and they're still trying to figure out what they're 'sync' philisophy will by. I still use it for my classes.. great, great program for organizing your academic life, social life, etc., but the lack of any sync features in the free version severely limits the usefulness for PDA users.. but hell, you can always print out your weekly, daily schedule and just carry it with you.
The interface is a dream. my neighbor's little girl was up and running with it in 5 minutes, and she figured it out no problem. I don't know what I'll do with it, if anything in the future, because it looks like the company wants you to pay serious $$ for any really useful features. If I had a mac.. or should I say, if I could stand using OS X(which I can't) I'd use iCalender.

Thanks for the link - I will certainly check it out. You're so right about the interface. I wonder if it's just me, or if it's an ADD trait, that makes the interface so important? Maybe that's why I'm so into layout and design. I think that the presentation of the message is just as important as the message - but that's just my opinion.

By the way, are you a programmer? The Mac OSX statement sounded like a typical Windows programmer thought - we Windows programmers have all imbibed of the purple Kool-Aid.....lol.
