I have never bought any ADD medications in Mexico, Gary bought some antibiotics though. He lived and he did get over his infection. I pay cash for my ADD medications here in the US. I don't live that far from the Mexican border but after I figure in the price of gas @ $3.15 a gallon I would not be saving much even if they cost 1/3rd of what they do here.
I wouldn't risk it.
1) you don't have a guarantee of quality
2) coming back into the US with controlled meds could land you in hot water (although it may be legal to bring in certain quantities?).
What meds do you take? Go with generics and get them from Costco. Dirt cheap prices and you don't need to be a Costco member to use the pharmacy.

I've heard people doing it and getting in trouble. Also, the drugs were being taken from them if they didn't get in trouble. Not only is it illegal, its dangerous and its not monitored. You don't really know what's in it. Now, there is no need to do that. You can get free medications from a company I went through. Their number is 1-888-872-7519.
