So im guessing that most of us are right brainers. Well i have a succefull clothing line and I've always made money by djing, making flyers and so on. I just found out i had ADD, and my DR prescribed Vyvanse a months worth of 30 mg.

Im wondering will this effect my spontaneous thinking as well as my artistic side. my Psychologist said that taking medication makes you use your left brain more. Also with this being a new Drug how is everyone one reacting to it.

Vyvanse isn't exactly 'new' - more like Shire being a patent wh0re really. Essentially, it's just Dexedrine in an extended release form with a 'anti-abuse' enzyme tacked on (i.e. it won't work if you try to snort it).
