I've been on Ritalin for a couple of months now, and it always seems to give me an upset stomach.

I take my morning does (10mg) and within about 20 mins I have to dash to the bathroom.

Same thing happens with my afternoon dose.

Anyone else get this problem? is there any way to ease it?

Yes, if I take it on an empty stomach. I try to eat some breakfast as soon as possible after taking it!
