I'm sorry for being inappropriate and ranting, but I'm so exhausted of not knowing and waiting right now...!

I stopped going to school THREE YEARS AGO and still the psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists, general practicioners, hospital workers and nurses can't seem to figure out what is wrong with me!

At least my WISC test showed that I'm not making anything up, but I don't take it as a compliment anymore when the neurologist looks at my results and says it's "too inconclusive" to diagnose anything and then goes; "Interesting..."

What is "bad brain filter" supposed to mean? Any input and/or comments are most welcome!

I take it that you are in the process of getting an evaluation and maybe a diagnosis ?

Stay with it, it is worth having it done right.

I don't think that term "bad brain filter" means anything, really. It's not medical or scientific jargon and it sounds like it was possibly used in an attempt to explain something to you.

Some people can't filter out things like noises very well. Maybe that is what they are trying to say.

I could speculate endlessly, but it might be easier if you tell us more...
