Ok a couple weeks ago i started on i think 25mg Adderal XR (to lazy to go check the exact amount but in the 20s somewhere) and i believe its starting to have a lesser effect then it should... is this a sign i should be titrating even further up? my understanding is 25 is already a pretty high dosage.
Keep going. 25mg per day isn't high for most people. Many studies show that most adults settle in the 40-60mg per day and some even go higher.

Hey Revz *waves*
First of all, when I was taking Adderall XR, I took 60 mgs a day.
What makes you believe its having a lesser effect, specifically? What has changed? And for the record, what is it that you mean when you say "lesser effect than it should"? What is it you believe ought to be happening?
How was it working before you began to think that the effects had lessened?

be aware that increasing dosages means you get greater rebound. e.g. falling asleep or irritability when it wears off.
what goes up must come down (in equal amounts). The greater the focus and effect with a higher dose when it is workinng, the greater the exhaustion when it stops working.
That is precisely why i don't take Adderall anymore. Can't fall asleep on the way home.

25mg isn't really that high. I'm on 90 right now.
