I am new to this site and apologize if this question has been asked before..

I currently take adderall xr 30mgs.. I usually take it between 9-11 am depending on when I wake up...

it usually lasts through the day, I still haven't figured out when exactly it's wearing off, anywhoo my question is..I usually get to sleep around 12 or 1, which Ive done even before the medication, the thing is the next morning, I absolutely cannot get out of bed, I feel completely dead and like not able to move, no energy whatsoever...before the adderall I was able to get up at like 6 am if I needed too, even after being up until 3 am or something..does anyone else have this problem, and what do they do to help it?? pleaseee I need suggestions..

It has definitely been harder for me to get out of bed lately, but I started another med around the same time as the Adderall so I guess I assumed it was the other med...maybe it is the adderall. I find that if I get a full nights sleep, it isnt so bad and goes away about 10 minutes after I get up and get moving, but when I only get about 5 hours, I really struggle through the day.
