if you think your son has ADHD, then you could try out the online tests. They don't diagnose, but tell you if ADHD is a possibility or not.

Otherwise, it's better to get formally diagnosed by a doctor. Even if you administer the test you could administer it incorrectly, plus it's not a formal diagnosis.
