Anyone heard much on this anti-depressant or have personal experience taking it? I read tonight that there have been some experimental tests with ADHD patients taking this drug with positive results in regards to hyperactivity and attention.

Milnacipran is an SNRI antidepressant. It works by increasing the levels of Serotonin and Neurepinephrine in the spaces between nerve cells (called the synapse). The boost in Neurepinephrine may help your ADHD. I've never taken it at all, so I can't provide any self stories or evidence.
