Ok...so I used to (since yesterday) take 10 mg. of Ritalin 3x a day. As much as I liked being able to control when to take it....WAY too short acting....so today I am on 20 mg of Ritalin LA 1x a day. I feel jittery (more mental then physical) like I need/want more...I took it 3 hours ago...Anyone else swap over to the LA kind?
PS...not so sure if I should have started it on a workday....:eek:
