I really dont like my psychiatry and I know what medication works for me and I was wondering if my family doctor can write me that Adderall prescription...
does anyone know if psychiatry are only allow to write adderall or any doc can write me that prescription

My sister is on Adderall and her primary care doctor writes the script. So yes it is allowed. I suggest asking your doctor, explain in simple terms like you did here, and most likely he/she will help you out.

My doctors way of diagnosing is to just give qadderall, and if it works then you have add. So I guess you could say if most doctors think like that you can easly get it.
Mine wouldn't, he wanted the paperwork from my psychiatrist saying I was on Adderall. I have a high mental health co pay, 50% and I tried to save myself some money. Didn't work. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.
