I've been taking Adderall for a while now, and it seems my stomach is getting worse and worse. I had an ulcer last year and now I have heartburn and acid reflux. Has anyone else found a connection between Adderall and stomach problems?

I know I had lost almost all my appetite, not a bad thing in and of itself, but without food in the tummy, I tended to get real acidic. It helps to eat small regular meals. (Hey, yet another use for alarms;) ) It says not to take antacids with Adderal XR, I think b/c if you don't have enough stomach acid, then it turns into Adderal XXXXXXXR.

Be careful, and for heaven's sake, check with your doctor or pharmacist.
