I am on Ritalin LA 20 mg. and having a hard time telling when it wears off...I think I have moments during the day where I feel very restles and then feel better...Seems like it has a second release?? But I really can't tell at night and my husband can't either- maybe thats a yes??:eyebrow: So wondering about all of you....

When I took Ritalin LA I was taking 40 mg (even went to the 60 mg Metadate, terrible) but it wore off at about 1 pm so I had a 12:30 dose of 40 mg to keep me going until later

That seems about the same time I get restless...but it seems to go away after about 20 mins.or so. Weird....Like me:p
I feel more "lazy" on it though...wonder if my dose is right?
