i always feel so much better when i dont eat much but drink lots of water.
i also have food allergies as well as ADD and have at times wondered where the connection is with the having tons of energy and not eating much(perhaps there are more allergies lurking?)
i am allergic to wheat and for years it was chronic and low grade energy depletion.it was amazing the difference in all areas of my health when i completely stopped eating it!!! my focus was better and my mind clearer as well as higher energy and weight loss....oddly enough though,right around the time i stopped eating wheat(ie.baked goods,breads and carbs),i also began to eat a diet substantially reduced in refined carbs.....not sure if it was one or the other-the low carb,or the no-wheat...but i did feel way better and less foggy and distracted.
