I am new to this forum. I was just diag. with ADD, I always knew I had it but did not know whats it was called. Life been really frustating, although I am successful at work( IT related). My biggest problem is I am always hyper and impatient, always in a hurry, I talk without thinking and inturn hurt my personal relationship. Wish I had a wife that could understand this. I was on concerta, but now on Ritalin to get the correct dosage. Since I am new to meds, can someone tell me what difference should I see. I mean really a big noticable difference. I am on meds for past 2 months. please help me out. Also are there any good sites/ forum like this one

There are parts of this board dedicated to meds and their effects. There is a big bunch of help here. Lots of people with lots of similar experiences.

If you look at the bottom of this page there is a dialogue box on the bottom left labelled "Forum Jump:" that shows all the different places to post topics.
