Yesterday, I had a much better experience the second time taking this medication than the first. Vyvanese 30 mg.

I took 10mg of IR Adderall in the morning around 8:00 am. Then about 10:30 am, I took 30mg of Vyvanese. I figured by the time it got into my system the IR Adderall would be leaving. It seemed to be perfect timing.

I didn't have any depression or paranoia when the medication came out of my system at the end of the day. This is a very positive thing for me. I really like the medication, but I need an Adderall IR in the morning to get me moving. Vyvanese won't do that right away, if at all. I was able to focus about the same as with 10 mg of Adderall.<O:p</O:p

I think it would be perfect for 10mg IR Adderall in the morning, and then two hours later 30mg of Vyvanese. I hope my doctor will agree to this because this is the best combination I've found yet.

I slept fine last night, but I take 10mg of Ambian because I have insomnia whether I take a stimulant or not.

I will post tomorrow on what happens today with the medication for those who want info.

FYI, if I post anything about weight gain or loss, it is a side effect of the medication and not the reason I’m taking it.
