I purchased a club shopping card for two, for me and an acquaintance that used to work in my department to share the cost, as we did in years past. It's been 4 months and 4 messages of asking her about it with no response. I want to approach this delicately, since we were always on good terms, but I'm ready to cancel her card and let another friend have at it, but I want to try one more "catchy" way to grab her attention and get her moving on this.
Open to all suggestions! :)

After 4 months and 4 messages to her about it
I think my response would be
Just to send her a copy of the post you just made

I would leave one more message: "I presume from the lack of response that you no longer wish to use the card. Therefore, you can just send me a check for the 4 months use and I'll find someone else to cover the remaining 8 months. If I'm mistaken--I'll put my apology on the back of the check you send me for the full 12 months."

I'd tell her you've been meek, mild and nice~like mice but now it's
    time and since she won't "squeak up" though you hate to be so-o-o-o hard you are going to be like a Charging elephant and take away her Credit card...!!! :faint: :D
I hope this helps, Frazzle Dazzle. Sounds to me like as much as you value the good terms with your co-worker~acquaintance, she Does Not or else she would Not continue to ignore your previous messages. It's a sad fact there are always those who take advantage of others with generous hearts, like you seem to have. Kudos to you, FrazzleDazzle for being kind and generous. :D :D :D Too bad there are some bad apples out there.
Remember too : When the going gets tough~ The tough get going! :)
Good luck, Hon and keep us posted as to how things go. :D :D :D

Handle it effectively, use threats if necessary, but be gentle. She has failed to respond and that is rude, let her know that it is wrong for her to take advantage of your generosity and if she feels any guilt, she most likely will pay
