Sat in college, too lazy to even make a real thread.

Anybody else procrastinating?

Oh yeah, all the time. It took me a month to unpack after moving :(
Something that helps is writing lists and leaving them somewhere obvious. eg the toilet
Lol i need my own advice

Yep. I should be doing my Calc or Psych or Statics homework, but instead I'm here.

It is part of coming to ADDF for me, if I am procrastinating I am sure of it that at ADDF there are plently of other ADDers doing the same exact thing, it is ADHD.

I should be working. No I shouldn't, I have the day off. I got the time off approved right? It was on the calendar yesterday when I looked. I have the e-mail message telling me it was approved. Somewhere. I think. It's not like Christmas and New Years or Thanksgiving where EVERYBODY practically has the day off. It's my own day. I didn't get a call. Do they call people when they don't show up? Will I go in tomorrow and my swipe work? Should I call my best friend and ask her if there is a hoorah why I'm not there? I'm always there. Even on off days I'm there. Achhhh! I hate having OCD and taking days off. :faint:

I suppose there's a lot I could be doing, but what the heck, it's a holiday. I can put off procrastinating until tomorrow. :p

My feeling is:Whatever there is that needs to be done Today can be just as easily done Tomorrow which never comes anyway- so I always figure I'll get Aroundtoit whenever I can catch Tomorrow which is never Today even though there is always Tomorrow..... and of course Tomorrow never comes because it becomes Today and Yesterday is gone!!!
:p :p :faint: :faint: :D :D

when you procrastinate, you save time because you get it done quicker, at least I do.

you've got a point there mspen. I can get tons done at the last moment but it also causes a lot of stress for me. I wish I could follow the steps toward a goal instead of running around like a lunatic at the last minute:faint:

Odd~Scrooball, I like the way you think!

I have stuff to do, but I'm not starting for half an hour. 45 minutes? Never?

That is bloody brilliant!

I have plenty I could be/should be doing...I am choosing not to. I take full responsibility for my lack of action.

cleaning something/anything
writing
math
bills
sleeping

Unfortunately the word procrastinator describes me in one.
I should be cleaning and organising the house, getting a job, doing my tax returns which are 2yrs behind, or feeding the family (they seldom eat on time).

Also I'm an aussie and our national slogan is "she'll be right mate" which basically means don't worry things will sort themselves out don't fuss.
