OMG please tell me this goes away. Took 10m Ritalin and was in heaven. Happy, quiet brain. So calm I just wanted to take a nap. Now 12 hours later I'm barfing my guts out with a headache from hell counting down the hours until morning and I can take it again. Am I doomed?

I'd report it to the doctor, of course, but many stimulants are known to cause digestive distresses of one type or another ;)...I had troubles in the beginning with the methylphenidates and my child had some stomach issues with Vyvanse.

that may be a rebound thing, mine are extreme in the "almost diagnosable as hypomanic" category with the symptoms, but yeah see the doctor.
