What a great story!

You know, my mom's H.S. counselor was very discouraging to her too... appearantly she told her that she should try getting her "M.R.S." degree!! How awful!! she went on to get an MBA and computer science degree, now she's a manager at a company and makes more than my dad does.

When I told my H.S. counselor the colleges I was applying to she told me that I should really set my sights a little lower (appearantly my GPA wasn't "good enough"...) lol - too bad I got into all but ONE of the schools I applied to... stupid counselors!! they are good at discouraging.
