Several months ago my doctor perscribed 150mg of Zoloft, up to 1mg IC Lorazepam, and 10mg Ambien (obviously, just at night) for depression and anxiety. The combination of these medications makes me very tired throughout the day. Given this, my doctor suggested I take 18mg of Concerta in the morning. I was wondering if anyone out there has experience taking this combination of medication, and if so, have they had an negative side effects. Today is my first day on Concerta. Thanks!

My best bet would be to try to go off the ambien gradually and continue to take the Concerta. What is the brand name for Lorazepam? I also think the Zoloft may have something to do w/ it. See if you can go down to 125mg.
