I took 70mg at 9:30am, and it is now 6pm. I've been experiencing unpleasant side effects for the last hour. My symptoms: uneasiness, dizziness, headache, upset stomache. I experienced the same side effects on Adderall as it was wearing off, too. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issues and f you knew of something to curb the "crashing" effect (ie snacking more throughout the day, drink more water, have heavier meals, lighter meals, etc..)

I've noticed if I drink Sprite I feel better and don't get that crashy feeling. How many mg of Adderall did you used to take?

I used to take 20mg of Adderall twice a day.

Never had those symptoms since on Vyvanse. I'm only on day 4 though since I skipped Friday and the weekend. I'm taking 90mgs for the 2nd day. The only symptom I had on Thursday (1st day at 90mgs) was a slight headache.. but once I ate something it went away. Vyvanse lasted 12-13 hours for me. I started at 60mgs since I was taking 30-45mgs of Focalin XR before.

My first day on Vyvanse was quite rough...for the first time in my life I experienced an anxiety attack...I called my psychiatrist in tears cause I thought I was going to die...I was sure of it...and his words of comfort were your overreacting it'll go away in a few minutes...

I think about it now and it's kind of funny.
