I decided yesterday that I wanted to move so today I have a meeting with the landlord of this new place to sign the lease and so I might be moving tomorrow, I guess I wanted to post and share my good news.

I am the epitome of the definition of impulsive.

I mean deciding to move accross town in one day isn't too impulsive, is it?

Oh well I sign a lease today so I guess it isn't all that bad.

Oh I rent, once I am out of college and an actuary I will have money to own a house, I just up and moved here a month ago so I do that quite often. I also have bipolar disorder and each time has been more connected to the moods with that.

What's the new place like? Will it suit you better than the old place, or is this just a need to satisfy the impulse?

A little of both, it's newer, and it's in the same town and I am not moving tomorrow so I can't mark this one down in the "Impulse Hall of Fame" but it is newer and freshly painted and bigger and it's really a condo I am renting so I am in the nicer neighborhood, with people who are nosy (the downfall) but I am content that even with the hypomania (must be nice to be a BP II, my first actual non delusional manic state probably due to the other meds in place) I made a good impulsive choice (rationalizing poor judgement)

I could afford it, I know you are mentally scrolling the diagnostic criteria of hypomania at this point, and that you care and want to offer support and I appreciate it KZ :)

A move can be good. Maybe a bit impulsive, but hey, life is no fun otherwise!

hey bro, as long as your liking your new house ay. How many bedrooms does it have? Now its just packing up. Dunno if your into that, but i dreaded packing when i was moving. Unpacking is the fun part!

Two bedrooms and I am single so the other room will most likely turn into the "out of sight out of mind room" for my clutter, I hope not but I know myself.

Good luck on your move, Matt! I understand the impulse thing...why do you think we bought two new cars in one weekend?!?

(I still miss the Passat but man, was that Mustang sweet!)
