Is there anyone else who has been diagnosed with both Obssessive Compulsive Personality Disorder and ADHD? If so, did this person make it through college and how? I am having the hardest time...the other day I found myself praying that I would get really sick and have to be hospitalized or something tragic would happen just so I wouldn't have to go through this crap anymore....it's maddening. my therapist said school just probably is not for me and i that i need to accept that. it's just so hard when you are in a professional family, all of your friends have already graduated, most of them already from grad school....i just feel like a failure and completely lost.

My wife is OCD and ADD and I suspect BPD as well. She graduated from college as well as university so you can do it. It took her about 11 years to finish univerisity. It was by no means easy, but she did it, so I'm sure you can do it too. Find a positive support group and don't expect to carry the same load as everybody else. We're all on our own path. Good luck!
