Hey everyone----I had an idea-yep, one of my hundreds a day!

Many of us are job searching. Writing resumes/covers is not fun or easy-for yourself-so much is emotionally invested in each word. Can we help each other out with this?

My Bright Idea: Leave off personal info-name, address, et al that you don't want to share and pm each other or email with attachments of your resume and/or cover to someone who is willing to swap or even just help out by proof-reading and offering suggestions for improvement. Or just pithy comments.

Anyone interested? I sure would like some help right now. Looking in the higher/secondary ed field in student retention/academic support/residential life/career services areas.

Just need impartial input-I can work on other people's resumes, but my own are a different story.
