Hey People.

As some of you know I wrote a few threads about people not being honest within a friendship and I was confused about why people just couldn't tell me something straight...these threads got me into a bit of sh*t but that's obviously no longer a problem now.

Today I wrote this friend quiet a long email basically asking them how they are and all that kind of thing, I was honest and told them that I was disappointed in their lack of communication on a certain issue but I also said that it was ok now, I told them how I was and so on...it was just a genuinely nice email on my part and in the end of that email I told them to keep in touch and not to be a stranger:)

I guess I'll have to wait and see if this person responds or not...but I don't expect a response straight away as people have lives to live...I mean I do!

I value this particular friendship and I really hope it doesn't get lost because of some stupid miscommunication as I'm not one to hold petty grudges.

Congrats to you for being the bigger person. It takes a lot to make the first step and hopefully it pays off for you. If not, at least you know you tried everything you could and you can begin to heal and move on.

Yes it does take a bigger person to do this and as I said I don't expect an email straight away but hopefully I'll get a response within a week or 2 at the most.
