I'm Draga the vulgar dragon,
I drive the bwitching wagon.
I'm cursing so much,
My tounge's no soft touch.
If you give me your sass,
Besure Draga will burn your...oops
There I go once more,
For me politness is a chore.
People let me tell u the deal,
I can't help but express how I feel.
So either accept me for who I am
Or don't, cause frankly my dear I dont give a *BLEEP*

Hehe Ok I just made up this verse on my own just now so sorry if I sucks ,

The poem still has so much truth to it, I do curse too much...well to be honest, I DO TRY to watch my language in front of the children and a select few of the eldery...I am not that rude... :eyebrow: well..I try not to be at least....I am just used to cursing so much now to the point I dont even realize I am doing it. Until someone reminds me, like my shrink...apparently I was kinda free with the language(well I was nervous) and said the mother of all cuss words one too many times and he finally had to say, "I wish you would watch your language, it doesn't compliment you." Well, I tried for the rest of the time I was there...and slipped a few times and slapped my mouth when I realized what I said...or that look that he gave me :eyebrow:

He's not the only one to tell me this too, Mom, Sis, and even my dearest friends tell me to chill sometimes...I dont think I can help it...I mean I say and do whatever is in my mind at the time and most of the time MOMMA BLEEP is in there alot, hmm maybe cause I have been single for so long :soapbox: . :D

I heard said before that people who curse are the time are just ignorant rednecks or fools...Maybe I am (git r dun) but how can I possibly stop cussing when I dont even realize I am doing it and it's almost like second nature.

Wonder why I would want to, ...is Mother Bleep going to destroy the world tommorrow if I use it 50 times today?

Jkin...well kinda, I know it can be offensive to society but on the other hand I find the majority of society offensive to.

What is a vulgar dragon to do? :D

Haha nice lil poem there ay.
I kinda know how you feel about the swearing. Ive managed to stop it somewhat now but all I heard growing up was F this you fn s-hole and all the rest of that. So of course I was gonna say the same kind of things and of course I used to get in trouble for saying those things from the very people who said it themselves lol.

Haha guess we all needa wash our mouths out sometimes ay. I used to always wonder why they made some words swear words and others not. To me they are always just words ay....
all the best with watching your mouth ay..

Ay dude... I found it so funny when my parents would smack my mouth for saying a bad word that I heard on the movie they were allowing me to watch. Apparently, my parents were raised in a generation where they learned by what they are told and not what they see...TOTAL Opposite ...Mom thinks I curse too much now as an adult well, guess which ADULT I learned it from lol...even though I am not a lil kid anymore and supposed to have a certain degree of control of my actions...I just think when it comes to cursing...apparently I dont know how to control it. *shrugs*

Glad u like poem lol

The problem is, those words got you into trouble when you were younger, the feedback was positive in terms of excitment. In cultures where you dont get in trouble for swearing as a kid, it is much less prevelant.

yeah kids are more likely to do what they see rather than what others tell you. Well it was for me anyways haha.
Doing naughty thing was always fun when you didnt realise how big the consequences are ay...

I just talked to my mom about the same thing...she says when she was a girl they did what they were told and not the other way around...she also was a virgin till she was married....all the old "I was an angel" tale....since I wasn't there I cant argue obviously..but really..I wonder sometimes...me and her are too much alike and I am hardly an angel WAY WAY far from it.

Ok it all coming back to me now...when we were kids we seen our parents curse, smoke, drink, ...etc. What do kids want to be most when they are kids...Adults...so if adults are doing it..I a big girl cause I can do it to...and I'd be a bad *** cause bad *** kids are cooool!!! Just wont do it when mommy and daddy are around.

That could be how it started...but now as an adult they are just words like any other and just dont mean ****...even though it might to the **** ppl on here lol

LOL It was funny....Mom was naggin at me once saying I curse like a sailor, I said Popeye dont curse.
She replies He does too, always says 'blow me down

and she wonders where I get my sense of humor from..well from her and even worse my father...who like me just didn't give a **** so U mix smart aleckness with pure vulgarity and u got me the female version of Andrew Dice Clay:D

yeah totaly agree with that ay. yeah i guess there may be stuff in the past shes not saying ay. Yeah i always wanted to be a bad **** as well. I never liked my dad though, Ive hated him for as long as I can remember. Im trying to forgive him at the moment..its not going to well lol. I more wanted to be like my bros, so you always try and go farther than they do kinda thing.
What are your kids like now? They like you and your mum. Or you think they just be bad when your not around?

Draga
11-07-07, 08:36 PM
Unfortunatly I dont have kids right now...but I think I can learn from parents mistakes to do n not do what they did lol

maori_boy
11-07-07, 08:39 PM
yeah chur, same here ay.

Draga
11-07-07, 08:51 PM
Like I say...that bout the main reason I try to watch my language when I am around kids...If I going to set example for my own children...then might as well try to learn a starting point around other kids

maori_boy
11-07-07, 08:56 PM
yeah true, very true..Good on ya!!

LOL man I going to try but like I say...it's not going to be easy when cursing is what you are used to...I proably dont even realize it when I do...

My neighbors kid bout 6 yrs old asked me a while back...do I curse?

I flat out said "Of course not I dont do those sort of things!!"

Kinda why I wonder how honest mom is about being an angel

I teach students replacement words for swearing-then I we are both safe! No write-ups. One limit-no cussing a person out. I use ****ake mushrooms-and it is starting to catch on! Keeps me from saying sh*t in the classroom. Although I did say bullcrap today....Believe me, some students do ask stupid questions, like, we have a free day....what is a referral....

I actually talk like the cartoon dog-smalck em frack em.....get the picture? Or say bad word, bad word, bad word... Just can cuss when you are a teacher and I could turn most student's hair blue.....

Oh, I have PottyMouth alright! If it's just me and Mr. KP the F-Bombs fly like mad. My best girlfriend and I are terrible too! But having an almost 8 yr-old boy who absorbs stuff like a sponge makes us watch what we say. We're lucky; the worst he said has been "Damn it!"

The Dude and I had this exchange one night. He was very agitated.
Me: Are you angry?
Him: No.
Me: Are you mad? Are you upset?
Him: No. No.
Me: Are you p'd off (you know what the "P" is)
Him: Yeah.
Me: That's a house word.

House Words are words we don't mind but others might find offensive. Seems to be working!

Another time I took a corner too fast and blurted out, "Oh crap!" and from the back seat, "Craptacular!" Bwahahahahaha!

i didnt even know the p word was a swear word til i came on here lol
here its used in many different ways
1. you can be pssd off at someone
2. you can be on the pss...which means ur drinking
3. you can be a psshead..which means ur an alcholic.
4. it can be pssing down...means its raining.
5. you can be going for a pss. going toilet.
6. you can be taking the pss out of someone...mocking them, jocking about them.
7. something is a psstake...a certain topic is used just to mock something or someone.

thats all i can think off but yeah its not a swear word here, its just common every day word.
This isnt just maori culture but New Zealand slang...

btw i dont get it...whats intel?

The best "South Park"s are when they're uncensored. Heh. It's wrong to love little kids cussing up a storm yet it feels so very right.

MaoriBoy, pssd isn't a hardcore word in the US. It's semi-socially acceptible in the workplace like "damn" but several other words completely outrank it like the F-Bomb (the Queen Mother of all Cuss Words). But the F-Bomb is such a versatile word and it's painful not to use it, darn it! darn it all to heck!

Well, as we know it's to be pssd off than pssd on, right?

I like using proper terms at times...ah, copulate a waterfowl! Your assignment? Translate!

Swearing is my absolute worst habit, I hate it. I started swearing in 5th grade (only around schoolmates and online) to look cool because I was desperate xD Its a really bad habit that sticks. I got rid of it once but it came back. I cuss alot more online then I do off, the words don't come to my tounge as much as they come to my fingers xDDD

Which is good, if it came to my tounge like it does my fingers, I would surely slip around my family =X

An as a Christian I'm setting a very poor example, gotta work hard on stopping it again.
