I'm having a hard time posting an image to a thread. I know to click on the "image" button and past my image url, but it keeps coming up as just an X and no image. I'm using photobucket...which code is it that I use? Is it the IMG code? That's what I'm trying...and with no success. I wrote a message introducing my daughter and I, and would've liked to have included a picture. I couldn't make it work.
Also...how do I use a picture of ourselves for our Avatar? It says it's too large, how would I lower the "pixels"...? :confused:

I'm trying to figure this out, lol.

Copy the IMG code it should post the picture okay... Good luck, avatars need to be reduced to 125 by 125 pixels I believe

Please make sure you check the "Posting Rules" box at the very lower left of the web page you're trying to post images in. If it says IMG code is On, your pictures should show. Use the [IMG ]http://www.yourimageurl.com[ /IMG] format (no spaces)

Thanks for the info...I figured it out finally. I was using Photobucket and copying and pasting the wrong code...for me the IMG code didn't work, I had to use the Direct Link code...not sure why, lol, but that's what worked. Also found a program online to downsize or resize photo's called JpegSizer. Works like a charm. ;)
