Seems like a lot of kids are having side effects on the lowest dose of Vyvanse. Here are step by step instructions from Dr. Charles Parker's website on how to titrate the dose down to 15mg. I've posted links to this information before, in other threads, but these instructions give a more detailed, step by step description.

Of course, check w/ you or your child's doctor b4 attempting so everyone's on the same page. Might want to double check w/ a pharmacist too regarding the storing of the unused portion.

I believe Shire is working on making lower doses to help people titrate into the medication better.
