I'm taking 40mg x 2. Normally I stick to a specific schedule for taking my meds during the school week. I design my dosing schedule to conform with my course schedule.
My question is, do you ever adjust your normal dose schedule around a test? Do you purposely take your meds an hour before the test? Here's an example; On Tuesdays I have a class from 8-9:45, then another course at 10. If I take the meds as usual around 7, the effects wear off around 10. I take my second dose in between classes, I get the effects around 11. Should I skip my morning dose and plan my dose around my test? Has anyone seen a benefit to having the meds working during a test?

The dosing before a test thing helps me but I suggest asking your doctor before doing it, because if I didn't tell you that I would technically be promoting abuse/misuse by telling you not to take it exactly as prescribed and most likely get banned.

My doctor doesn't have me on a specific routine, we've talked before about shifting my dosing to fit my schedule, so I'm not misusing my medication according to my doctor. My question is more general, basically I'm asking if being more attentive during a test helps?

If it is cool with the doctor then I would say it is a good idea, I do it.

my doc said
"take x amount of tablets...when you want them, to suit your needs, but don't exceed it!"
so if your doc is happy with that, then I'd do it too :-)
