When I was younger I was on add medication but around the time I hit 8th grade I went off it because, not to brag but, I'm rather good with academics naturally and I could breeze through highschool without the medication with relatively no problem....but now I'm in my second year of college getting a dual degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science with a minor in bussiness administration (ya I know, a little crazy of a load)...and the classes are really hard and I tried without it first year but I gave up and decided to start back up on the medication so I can actually focus and do work on time and the such (working like a charm...just today I did amazing on a really hard test that I know I wouldnt have done well on before)....

annnnyways...its my 3rd day on adderall xr and the way it works for me is after I take it in the morning, about half an hour later, I get a nice feeling of euphoria for a couple hours and I was just wondering if that will stay constant or if it will go away after taking it for a couple weeks...not really important...just curious....thanks alot :)

I'm in week two and only got the euphoria feeling the first few days.. now I don't really even notice it coming on.. I just notice my actions and concentration are WAY more focused and precise..

everyone reacts to the drug differently but it may subside somewhat as you progress..

All I know is that I feel great throughout the day..

The body develops a tolerance to certain side effects of medications and that may be one that it may or may not.

ya I feel great through the day too...it just feels different or something hard to explain....like just walking down the street seems more pleasent....and its done wonders for my symptoms...for example I am well known to always be making some kind of noise or fidget...like taping foot/pencil/etc...havent been doing it at all....studied for like 4 hours the other day and it was more productive than an entire night of studying pre-adderall....im very happy with the results....
