I am wondering if anyone can provide any advice. It feels very weird. I am trying to put on weight, bulk up without gaining fat. Currently 140LBS but want another 25 LBS or so. When I work out, I try to use the highest weight I can (dumbells) for 6-10 reps before failure for 4 sets per exercise & 3-4 exercises.
I have been taking Muscletech Celltech which is a Creatine Power with a whopping 75MG of Carbs (ingredients include all Dextrose sugars, 450% DV of Vitamin C + another 250 FV Vitamin C when mixed with Vitamin water plus many other energy ingredients and things that I don't know about), as wellas pack of vitamins called 'Ultimate Animal Pak' and Whey Protein Shakes.
What I am worried about is that it may be enhancing the effect of the Prozac or Addererall and making the possible 'manic' behavior worse. I barely slept for the past 2 nights and not even tired + my stomach has been upset.
The only real bad reaction was once when I took Nitrix Oxide Powder (No2) after taking Ritalin and was violently throwing up after the workout. But that was on a day of heavy squats where the barbel can put pressure on your lower back and thighs.

I suggest take medication only when you need them. Because adderall is known to kill the appetite. In addition up your protein intake kick the sugars from the cell tech and get a pure creatine powder if you don't want fat. Plus measure your daily caloric intake you should be eating about 3500 Cal in order to gain 2 pounds per week depending on how much you move around daily. Work with heavy weights for muscle bulk 6 - 10 reps is way to much. Work with 3 - 5 have a buddy with you to help you. And keeping pumping that iron at least 3 - 4 times a week. One last thing is that muscles repair and build WHILE SLEEPING thus everyone who wants muscles should sleep at least 8 hours.

You may want to try eliminating the whey protien and see if that helps, at least with the upset stomach. I've found that ever since I started Adderall my stomach can't take protien shakes made of whey protien. Unfortunately there aren't many choices for protien supplements that aren't made of whey, but if you're willing to put in the extra effort you could cook yourself some skinless chicken breasts instead. I would also recommend eating at least some solid food every meal since it sounds like you might be relying on supplements completely for nutrition. Adderall does tend to make peoples' stomachs more sensitive in general, so real food can go a long way to make you feel better while you're on it. Upset stomach also tends to keep most people from sleeping, whether you realize it or not, so this might take care of your sleep problem.

adderall doesnt really have any affect on any natural substances. you are doing a number of things horribly wrong if you want to gain weight. having worked with a dr. with his masters in kenisiology, and putting on 20lbs in 2 months myself, you should trust that this will work (it may not sound right to you but it is).
1. stop taking animal pack vitamens
2. STAY AWAY FROM NO2
3. stay away from anything with caffiene
4. do full-body workouts every time you lift
5. do not lift on consecutive days
6. STOP TAKING SO MUCH CREATINE
any caffiene or stimulant you take will increase the effects (usually the negatives) of adderall, and will keep you up all night. NO2 doesnt work, and also will aggrivate the adderall. testosterone is what bulids muscle, not protien. to release the most testosterone naturally, u need to work atleast 70% of your muscles at once. so if you do chest one day, legs another, etc. it will take you atleast 3 months to put on over 20 lbs. consume creatine BEFORE workouts (creatine is energy, if you take it after workouts it is stored and u blow up like a fish), and protien with carbs after ur workouts. whenever you have protein shakes, you should get a 3:1 carb to protein ratio (ex 60 g carbs and 20 gs protien). days you lift consume steak for dinners, eggs in the morning (testosterone is derrived from cholesterol). and make sure you get sleep! without sleep, your muscles will not grow.
also, its impossible to gain muscle without gaining fat (unless u take steroids). so if you wish to bulk on 25 lbs of muscle, you will need to gain atleast 30 lbs. total (you WILL gain fat, but your body fat % drops).

If you want your Adderall to be maximally effective, stay awy from Vitamin C during the day-it impedes absorption or efficacay, I can't remember which.
