Since I started Adderal 4 days ago, I have had zero appetite.

Besides not being hungry, nothing tastes the same and some of it actually makes me to my stomach or throw up.

Anyone else have issues with gagging, change in taste or being sick after eating?

What is the cause of this?

True, you don't get the taste you get from food you normally would. Therefore it's easier to stop eating when you think you're full.
This is a blessing from for me and other compulsive overeaters I'm sure. I love it. The most exciting thing in the day used to be, planning the next binge and what to binge on next, now food lost it's interest for me.
I still get hungry and eat and am not losing crazy weight, since I have the slowest metabolism in the world now, due to past yo yo diets throughout all my life, but I eat healthy portions now.
I do feel nausea today and have so in the past many times. I just started (today) to take a digestive aid that has natural enzymes and I'm hoping it'll help on days when my stomach is a little weird. But usually I don't feel much nausea. Could be the aftermath of a bad headache I had today. Or the food.

You might be developing a sensitivity to certain foods or food combinations when taking the med.
I would keep a food diary and write down if your stomach was OK or not after each meal. Find out if it's a food type that's causing it. It could be all sorts of things happening. I have some friends on Adderall, who can't have too much greasy stuff now, because it upsets their stomachs.

Also if you're going too long without eating much or enough, your stomach may be eating itself up- so to say-....producing too much acid, with nothing there to digest. You have to have some (nutritious, not empty calories) food in there at all times.
Snack on nuts and seeds or a protein bar/ health bar in between meals. A bite or two here and there will keep your stomach busy, and not starving until the next meal.

Btw. for those underweight, or trying to gain weight, this isn't the right medication, since it's an appetite suppressant.
I would keep sipping on at least a few high cal. "Ensure"s all day long, to not lose weight.

Funny that you mentioned friends that can no longer tolerate greasy foods! That is what I have been experiencing. Anything cheesy, heavy or rich....I cannot stomach.

You're welcome :)
Hope your stomach feels better. Mine is still weird, since midday. Not sure what's going on.
