So i've been taking adderall xr for a month or so and on the begging i didnt have chest pains but now i do. And they are mostly in the area where the heart is, also on the right side sometimes. The thing is i havent taken adderall since like a week and it just started to ache again in the same area where the heart is 2 or 3 days ago even tho i was off of adderall for like 6 or 7 days? Am i paranoid or could this be acid reflux since i was diagnosed with gastritis or what is it ??

As Lars said, call your Doc. Most likely you are experiencing the typical heart-fludder systoms from Adderall (thanks to the l-amphetamine portion).
