This is my second day on ritalin 10mg am and 10 mg pm and i still have not felt anything. I still feel sleepy in the mornings. What else should I expect?

Out of curiousity, are you an inattentive ADD'er or are you an ADHDer(hyper)?

I was taking ritalin but have since stopped.
I had bad reactions to it. I had really bad migranes, was shaky, zombie-like and hot sweats.
Not everyone has those reactions though.

well i'm not hyper. my doctor has my diag as adult add. i was taking adderall for 2 weeks and have abruptly stopped to take ritalin.

I should also mention the other meds i'm on. Geodon 80 mg once a day, zyprexa 25 mg once a day (both at night) the following are my daytime meds-wellbutrin 300 mg 1 time a day, toprol, mavik, cymbalta 120 mg once a day and ritalin 5 mg 4 times a day. maybe some of these medications are not allowing adderall or ritalin to work effectively?
