Yes, it would.

However, it's not always a good idea due to the fact that it can increase the negative side effects too.

A persons mileage will vary with these things, and some people drink coffee and other caffeinate beverages with no problems whatsoever.

I think it would be best to talk to your doctor concerning this before you do it just to be safe.

I agree with Lars,i used to drink alot of coffee,and once i started the dex the caffee make the side effects 10 times worse.I stopped coffee and most of the side effects are much better

So far no caffiene for me on Ritalin, makes me nervous.

I find that Ritalin and Red Bull go well together.
