Has anyone actually looked into the contents of specific energy drinks lately. One can get high doses of vitamins C, B6, B12 etc, which are all ok, but what about the ones that contain herbs.

Could then interfer with ones ADD/ADHD medications?

Well if you took them with the meds, yeah. They've got a lot of caffeine, which you should probably avoid mixing with stimulant meds, and the caffeine and vitamin C will also cause quite an increase in stomach acid so they may not absorb as well.

Good Q, Im asked myself the same. Ascorbic acid lowers absorption of dex/adderal, but doese it also count for ritalin. And its in ALOT of drinks/food/fruits
