According to dr Amen drugs does not really work well for Cerebellum. Then does it follow that Dore is not an alternative to drugs when they work OK?
Is Dore for a different kind of ADD?
How does the Dore centers decide if somebody with ADD is likely to benefit from Dore?

Mrsmith, in a nutshell, participants in the Dore therapy that are on meds often are found to be able to take less or eliminate their doses, depending on the individual, their issues, and the response to the therapy.
Dore's initial assessment determines if there is a cerebellar deficit that the therapy will benefit, though they do not diagnose anything BUT cerebellar deficits. Often, some ADHD symptoms fall under that diagnosis.
Many of the "symptoms" of cerebellar deficit, as you wrote, do not benefit from meds, such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, etc, and those kinds of issues.
