That makes sense. I would imagine it would be okay, since the capsule is nothing more simple gelatin capsule. This would melt away quickly once it reached your stomach anyway.

Yeah. You don't need your doctor's approval for this, it doesn't make a difference to the time release at all.

You can't CRUSH them in any way though, or it will ruin the time release.
