I've recently been diagnosed with ADHD. In addition to that he said I suffer from depersonalization which I have noticed longer, but he says I can attribute it to the ADHD. Does anyone else suffer from this as well? It's annoying but bearable and the Adderall prescribed for the ADHD seems to help.

I'd recommend the books STRANGER IN THE MIRROR and THE MYTH OF SANITY.

They are really good books about dissociation phenomenon such as depersonalization, derealization, etc.

My library had both.
